Welcome to the IUA Clauses website. This website is run by IUA'S Non-Marine Clauses Sub-Committee and provide free access to all IUA non-marine clauses and guidance notes. Aditionally, Barlow, Lyde & Gilbert also provide a monthly update of pertinent legal developments. There is also a listing of all AVN and Institute marine clause, which IUA members can access by following the link.
